Cheryl directed Frank Blocker in his solo show "Southern Gothic Novel"

which ran at Stage Left Studio for six months in 2009 and earned a

Drama Desk Award Nomination.

Cheryl is currently working with Taren Sterry on rewrotes of her solo show "180 Days"  which premiered at Stage Left Studio in October, 2009, and has played all over the US, returning from time to time to Stage Left.
